Pretty funny and whimsical but I felt like it tried to cram too much into the film and could’ve instead dove deeper into a select couple of storylines. I fucking love Robert Pattinson though.

The Green Knight 2021
Want to give it 5 stars but I felt like I didn’t fully comprehend everything enough on the first watch to warrant a 5 yet. The whole thing was so atmospheric and the long shots were gorgeous. Felt like I was watching an extended dream sequence and I snapped back into reality when the credits rolled.

Dune: Part Two 2024
Part 1 and Part 2 combine to form a religious film experience. While Part 2 lacks the atmospheric world building that Part 1 had, it instead supplies scale, battle, and politics. This film had some of the most beautiful shots that surpass the first movie somehow, and the performances are even stronger. A different experience from Part 1, but one that leaves me conflicted in a good way. Give me Messiah.
