Respectfully, what a load of crap. This yee-yee ass haircut guy just walks around in public places with a shotgun complete with a footlong reflective suppressor with zero consequences. There were some good scenes with really good characterization but I saw no reason to believe the skillset of the villain or several other characters. It was a constant stream of “ooh look at Anton Chigurh he’s so evil he kills people. Oh look at that he killed a chicken farmer and stole his truck ooooh.”

Watching this in imax makes this so much better. It’s a fantastic looking movie that is very emotionally driven. And scenes like “docking” are so insane to watch on the big screen audio.
This movie is as good as it can be given the premise. It’s a good premise, but it becomes self causing through some of the stuff at the end and it’s jarring given how scientifically accurate it is in the rest of the movie.
