Longlegs 2024
Just watched in my room amidst a cloud of fart. Got back from Adelaide a couple days ago, and I remember being on the plane feeling almost giddy about going for a long run the next morning, then going to do my shopping for the week, then maybe doing something creative if I had the time and capacity. Instead I got sick and spent yesterday wanking and binge-eating FruChocs smuggled over state lines. Today was much the same, apart from working a 5 hour shift and watching this.

Only went for an hour and a half but felt interminable at times. Couldn’t find my fucking Mars bar in my tote and because there were no car chases or explosions (ie things that make a movie good) there was never a point in the film loud enough to cover the sound of me having a thorough rummage. I didn’t hate it it was cute and had a couple clever moments but all in all it was pretty Fucken boring.…
