BIG...BALL...OF.......MEHHHHHH!
I understand the thought to remake this. The old version could have been helped with the special effects of today. If only we could take everything of the old and give it those special effects. The cast did okay jobs, unfortunately they did not have the same chemistry as the old cast. There were pacing and build issues. The stakes didn't ever get large enough to pay off. I get whatthey were trying to do, but all in all this movie just consistently misses the mark.

The Foreigner 2017
I love Jackie Chan, and he truly delivers some of his best here. It's amazing that he is still able to do some of the things that he does physically. This movie is emotionally charged, and he carries it well. Pierce Brosnan is also very good. Where the movie falls short, is the political intrigue.
