Nosferatu 1922
I saw this film as part of a cinema event where there was a pianist playing the soundtrack live in the same room as the audience, and when it was over I had to walk through the city as it was covered in a very thick fog in nighttime. I've arguably had the best possible way to experience this film.

5 years ago I watched Joker at the cinemas with my friends, drove home, lied down on the couch and then watched this after finding it on a random TV channel. I ended up becoming way more emotionally invested in this film in what turned out to be a very bizarre double feature.
