I think it’s common knowledge at this point that Donald Trump did not like/endorse this film at all, and as you watch this, you can start to understand why.
Sebastian Stan and Jeremy Strong…. I could see 4 whole seasons of these 2 as Donald Trump and Roy Cohn, respectively.

Although you can start to tell that they are running out of ideas and a lot of the filler dialogues are kinda boring but it manages to do what a survivalist horror film should do…manages to keep you at the edge of the seat.
I’m glad Bill Skarsgård finally got a “normal” role where he isn’t buried in makeup or prosthetics. Anthony Hopkins….still a legend.

I like to think that Director Bong Joon Ho has 2 director hats that he puts on before writing a script. 1 just says Director and the other says Director with an American flag next to it. Starting to become a fan of Osgood Perkins for 2 of the following reasons;
1. This the same guy who directed Longlegs (2024), an eerie, dark film that made the jovial Nicolas Cage look like a walking nightmare. While you could never tell it’s the same guy that made this film because they have completely different tones, this kind of range, is something I usually like directors to have.
2. “Osgood” is a weird name. I like weird names :)…
