  Gonna give this a review a few days after watching as this film lingers in the brain far more than any other war-based romance movie has. To start off with, the cinematography truly is astounding. It is rare to see a movie with such pure rhythm to its shots and flowing so gracefully from start to finish. Despite being primarily a romance, the cinematography made the war scenes more daunting and emotionally affective than some actual war movies (Dunkirk🤷‍♂️).

  genuinely been a decade since ive seen this but im crying everytime this movie tries to get even a little bit serious, it becomes exponentially funnier unintentionally. pretty good story tho and some important themes tackled well despite some shortcomings. Low 7 and kinda a classic
