The main plot with Ivan and Anora was good, but most of it was way too long winded and I was bored for a lot of it. I don't think sex and partying is automatically interesting if it doesn't further the plot, and a lot of the movie was just that. An utterly disgusting and totally mesmerizing fever dream of a movie. The definition of never let them know your next move, both from the actual plot as well as the actions of the characters. Amazingly well written and acted, definitely worth a watch

I never cry during movies and this one got me twice. Took half a star off because although I think the pacing as a whole was great, I felt like they sometimes cut up songs with dialogue a bit too much and I was like "LET THEM SING"!! Also probably 10 minutes could have been cut off as a whole. But honestly no other complaints. Oz feels so ALIVE in this movie and not archetypal as a whole, which I loved.
