I’m completely ignorant when it comes to the Tollywood tradition of filmmaking, but in my ignorance, this film seemed utterly ridiculous to me. Unless it was supposed to be a magical realism type film, I kept thinking, “yeah, if a 12-year-old wrote this, it’d be awesome.” I was actually laughing out loud at scenes which I’m sure we’re meant to be inspiring.
