thought letterboxd would be a better place to rant about some movies than my notes app:))
(also apparantly im easily appeased)
will not be watching how dare they kill mark darcy. how. dare. they.
Great soundtrack as per ushe.. There isn’t reaally a plot here and yet there is.. So it’s a Peanuts special alright
I know a lot of people enjoy this for nostalgia purposes but I didn’t grow up with this pushed onto me so it may be ranked lower for that, however, I really enjoyed the humour and style of this special. I giggled at all the choppy animation it was uber good.
Overall it’s a really relaxing watch I like…
I just don’t understand why they put good, genius(wellll..) jokes into kids movies when that demographic will not understand it until they’re like me and have gone through 18 years of life(welll….) and are rewatching animated kids movies from your childhood because you have a life and are also cool
also the family arc in this is beautiful :’))
watched this for the second tjme ever yesterday and liked it way more than i previously did idk i guess i skipped most of it on initial watch but its really cute actualyly. and sad too in some cougjfficough parts but yaa okay its 4:48 my capacity to express layered admiration for a movie that features a myriad of relationships that intersect in neat ways and culminate in something quite beautiful actually (in some cases coughcough alan ricknman emma roberts cough) is giving outbye
