Genuinely brought a tear to my eye man. I wish I saw it in theaters, such a beautiful movie that gave Discovery a whole new meaning. Still think Random Access Memories is better but I understand why people think Discovery is better, beautiful album with a beautiful story.

Beautiful movie. First of all, the animation is absolutely gorgeous. Nothing is more beautiful than 80s-90s Japanese animation.
I never got the Japanese perspective of WW2 before. All the World War movies I've seen have been from the perspective of the Alies, Jews in concentration camps, or that Nazis.
