As someone from a private school who has an emotional connection to a teacher (my mom), the emotions this movie instilled upon me were way too uncomfortably familiar. Honestly, making the audience feel the exact emotions the characters are is this film’s greatest feat. That isn’t to say the other aspects weren’t great, they definitely were, but I will always applaud a movie for doing what seems impossible. Throughout the movie I always understood everything…
