i only rated this movie so high because of the last conversation between clem and joel in the hallway. also everything about his last memory. also his memory from childhood. and his most shameful memory. also the momento-esque pacing. also their confusion and hesitation, but also immediate comfort after reconnecting and realizing they’d already been apart of each others lives. also the scenes with mark ruffalo and kirsten dunst. also elijah wood’s performance. also thank god i NEVER have to watch this again!
