The First Omen 2024
Okay, so.. this may be one of my fave films of the year, or at least, one of my fave horror films. I am a fan of The Omen series, but I didn't know what to expect going into this, as I am not really one for prequels. However, this blew it out of the water! I loved the storyline, there were twists and turns, albeit some were a tad obvious, but I am a horror film junkie, so there's that. And can we talk about the score? Absolutely beautiful and haunting.

You Are Not My Mother 2021
The trailer is what stood out to me most because it gave nothing away. Most film trailers these days give everything about the film away, but this one didn't, so I was pleasantly surprised when I started watching it. I am a horror film fanatic, especially UK and Irish horror, and this film knocked it out of the park. I absolutely loved the folklore and mythology element to it as well as the overall horror aspect. !00% recommend this film to anyone looking for a good watch.
