non-linear timeline is far look from the first movie. But ok they wanted to keep jumping timelines for the twists and reveals. It felt rushed and impersonal, but i understand the creative choice because they had to update us with what happened in the years between.
Kathryn’s acting is so clean and precise. Everyone else in the film pales in comparison. It was nice to see some of them try.
It’s just not believable a girl who works so hard…

I watched this one night during a sleepover when all my friends are, well, asleep. Good thing because this film had me giggling alone at 4AM. I went to sleep wanting to gush, laugh, fall in love, K-I-S-S-I-- charot. The story and the weave of past and present are *chef's kiss*. I want a lover and I want a son to come back home and bury my dead still-in-love ass right now.
