  This film is oh so relevant today. It's a heartbreaking irony, an immigrant family chasing the "American dream", only to be used as tools for their own erasure. It highlights the impossible choices being forced upon working class immigrants, and the rapid gentrification of their communities. I didn't feel like I was watching a movie, because it's just reality being portrayed here.
