Such a fun film. I loved the silliness throughout, strange music, and out of the box editing. The makeup and costumes were also amazing. I definitely need to watch it again to try and look for more meaning behind it relating to its history. Absolutely wonderful rebellious film nonetheless!

Very good! Loved the ambience and costumes towards the end. Great music too. Felt very unique for its time and can see this being a film many present day horror film directors use inspiration from. Religion is so silly.
Finally rewatched this after a few years. I forgot how much this impacted me. It does such a great job highlighting the existential crisis many of us experience at least once in our life.
It took a while for me to accept that death is inevitable and to worry is pointless. A Ghost Story emphasizes this and shows us that we all must move on at times and come to peace with things we cannot alter. The lack of dialogue…
