Beautiful readings of Keats' in the film. The last bit took me out some though because I cried harder than the actress did at the end and looked four times as awful.

Michael Flanagan does a phenomenal job of capturing the spirit of what makes Stephen King scary. He perfectly captures the true essence of what stands out the most in my mind of the novel and of the 1980 film The Shining. I felt the pacing was good for something that had to condense down so much. One of the best Stephen King novel adaptations I've seen.
