it has the potential to be a cute movie, but it’s uncomfortable. why are the adults AND the teenager into edward? why is the teenager that’s into him the daughter of the people who are clearly trying to be parents to him?

phenomenal movie for everyone else who has to constantly ask themselves, am i crazy? what even is crazy? as someone who’s struggled with mental illness for years this is truly one of my favorite films of all time. it acknowledges multiple angles of being truly sick and how ultimately nobody can help you if you don’t want to help yourself.
