  There's something very believable about these two characters and getting to watch a slice of their life like this felt like a reflection of myself to some extents. Projecting into movie characters is not always good but I think that it's kinda mandatory to really understand deeply what they are going through. Their suffering felt raw and down to earth, really relatable to all levels. Other than this the movie was good looking but not outstanding ( not that It needed to be ) and the pacing was appropriate for the story, I loved the ending in particular.

  I thought this would be a stinker for the first 30 minutes than I understood how good it was. Peak comedy, Peak character writing, extremely well directed and impactful. The pacing and timing always feels intentional and fitting to the story.

  The acting was pure gold throughout especially for anora and Igor which were clearly the two highlights of the movie.

  I would recommend going in this movie without knowing anything about it for the best experience. Lil warning tho : there's a copious amount of segs scenes but surprisingly it actually serves the subject and the story.
