Harry and Ginny were cringe as hell. Very little happened in the film up until the end which is a damn shame because the book covered so much. I still liked HBP but it gotta be a bottom 2 adaptation.

This is definitely one of the best adaptations in the series and also one of the only ones that might have been better than its respective book. It was able to cut out a lot of the fat without compromising on any key plot point which can’t be said for the next HP movie I’m about to watch..

I just rewatched this classic in IMAX and it was amazing. This is my first rewatch so the film still felt really fresh. Not sure what all the hype is about. I can appreciate the ambition behind the project and conceptually the ideas were somewhat interesting. A dystopian sci-fi thriller blended with ancient Hindu mythology has great potential on paper.. but the execution was shoddy, sloppy, boring and ended up being a hodgepodge of unoriginality as it bit from every famous American sci-fi classic.
