  i have a deep appreciation for biopics, and this one takes such a distinctive and unconventional approach to the genre. rather than offering the spectator a fundamental understanding of Bob Dylan’s background, it instead mirrors the enigmatic aura that has defined his image and reputation to this day. we don’t truly know much about him, and by the film’s end, that mystery remains intact, which i found absolutely exceptional.

  the performances are nothing short of outstanding, and Timothée deserves that Oscar so goddamn much!!!!
