First episode was good visually, but it went downhill after that. The pacing was bad and was definitely rushed because how do you expect to fit the whole story into just 4 episodes? Honestly I wouldn’t mind waiting another 4 years if they just perfected it. Junji Ito anime adaptations do not translate well, bro just cannot win LOL
Honestly I feel like his work is better off as just manga only… Every single adaptation was just butt, although this is definitely the best out of all the other adaptations.
