A movie that discusses female sexuality, female pleasure, and the gender disparity when it comes to romantic entanglements. I know we live in a Post-Me Too era of cinema where movies like this exist. Wickedly fun movie. Acting was superb. Directing was awesome. Lots of blood and gore. I wish to have more backstory of the antagonist’s origins considering this is based of a Universal Monster picture that is less known to the general public. Score was interesting usages of Ballet and modern musical elements. Melissa Barrera and Kathryn Newton needs to do more films together because they did an amazing job.
