- Frank’s bedside scene was one of the highlights of the film, a really good showcase of the causation his character’s douchebaggery
- The date between Officer Kurring & Claudia was unexpectedly raw & entertainingly deep—all around fantastic performances from the cast
- Can almost feel the wall of symbolism guarding each characters true arc and the way their stories connect, need to watch again but it’s 3 hrs long lol

it doesn’t matter which role… as long as you have matthew lillard in your movie it is going to be enjoyable. bad pacing and writing was iffy at parts but for a bloomhouse film this is definitely one of the best they’ve put out.
animatronics looked beautiful and the fan service was just the perfect amount. i think this is my favorite video game to movie adaptation 🐻
