The premise of this film was great, and certainly the personalities were as well. Interviews were good to have. However, at various times through this film the background music overpowered the main action and utterly destroyed enjoyment. Overall, this film seemed to just be interviews in their entirety, stitched together. Sometimes well, sometimes not so well. A good record to have, but ultimately not much substance or theme. Hard for a non-customer of the restaurant to really get much from this. Shoutouts to the subtitle people and the Mandarin-Japanese interpreter who did really good work! Also, now I am very, very hungry.
