Just brilliant.
This film speaks to me on a personal level. White people won’t be able to fully understand all the nuances but I’m sure there will be plenty of black viewers who will also miss parts of the film’s brilliance. Loved it
This and Get Out would make for a great double feature
MOTHER! is one of the most pretentious, tactless and unpleasant films I’ve ever seen in my life.
It’s one of the few times I’ve ever been desperate to leave the cinema, but I didn’t want to let the film defeat me.

Wow. Almost 24 hours later and I still don’t know how I feel about THE LAST JEDI. I’ve never been more conflicted about a film. There’s so much to love in the THE LAST JEDI. Plenty of great scenes and interesting ideas. I’m thrilled that Rian Johnson had the confidence to avoid playing it safe and pushed the series in a new direction.
