Dead Poets Society is one of my favorite films. It is a beautiful and emotional film that emphasizes the real meaning of life and how to embrace it. It focuses on appreciating poetry and leaving in the moment. It concentrates on how a gifted teacher can have such a meaningful impact on his students by helping them find their voice and stand up for their rights. At the same time it is a really sad and tragic film with amazing cinematography.
