This gets a whole extra star or star 1/2 just because of the creatures. Very cool creatures. Movie is absurd but fun. So bad it’s good. Also the animated sequence was great.

I am so utterly touched by this film—it’s up in the greats for me. Such a fantastic movie in which so many small details in the characters (most notably, highlights in the eyes and eye shape, as well as shot parallels utilizing camera movements and the breaking of cinema rules as a metaphor). This has made my night.Thank you Nimona.
