Feminist story from a male perspective told correctly. Men do have a voice in feminism and this is the way to use it, showing how toxic masculinity affects men and young boys, and making a commentary about “who’s at fault”, which is families, community, schools, its embedded in us all. Empowers self reflection on what we can do individually to make our society less sexist.
And yeah, the one take thing and acting of Owen cooper is one to be studied in years to come.

    Netflix pls more like these.

I get the intention the doc was made with but the message felt empty. Don’t get me wrong, I’m a sel fan, but the movie didn’t paint the best light of her. I’m a sucker for “breaking bad” artist stories.

Me encanta que toque tantos temas, y me pude relacionar full con el immigrant professional story y como le ha pasado a tanto venezolanos, que básicamente tienen que esperar que alguien les dé una oportunidad para ejercer y si no hacen Uber etc.

I also love how the cinematography plays such an important storytelling part that immersed the audience into the architecture and passion.
