  I loved this so much! Such an orchestra of big ideas and creativity, and probably the first time I clicked with Ridley’s vision as an auteur. A nihilistic terror masterpiece on the hostility of nature and a vengeful artist’s desire to play God. So mean-spirited and vile. Probably my favourite Fassbender performance. Can’t believe this is considered a mid entry in the franchise.

  As perfect a film as I hoped. Thrilling exploration of our inner desires and demons, the fragility of masculinity, and the stretching of one’s moral character when threatened.

  Saw this in a packed screening at Luna tonight. It feels like a film that wouldn’t have been made in my lifetime. But it was. Grateful!
