  wowwww this was great! wildly stacked cast. very fun(ny) in the first half and then we get serious — but no less enjoyable. apparently the depiction of native people was unusually well-researched, and that makes sense to my untrained eye — most of the white characters, in contrast, are caricatures, while the native characters and communities are variously ordinary and individual. overall, the darkly surreal (and yet surprisingly light) tone is captivating, helped not a little by neil young's intoxicating…

  fast-forwarded through jeff's scenes for the toxic yuri supercut. amanda remains the best character in this series and her arc especially in this movie is so tragic and infuriating. amanda young i love you i would've kept you alive forever 🫶
