The execution is nowhere as good as the original. While it has *some* great political humour, it's ruined by the far too many sequences—mainly the ones with his daughter—that just don't land and feel like a chore to sit through. The sexism and antisemitism in particular felt very stale and drawn out, even as someone who really enjoyed the dark humour of the first film.
