The cinematography, direction, and acting were phenomenal in highlighting the generational tragedy spurred on by corrupted faith. Bill Skarsgård, Robert Pattinson, and Harry Melling in particular gave standout performances.
The writing overall was great as the story was satisfying, contained, and thematically consistent; even with subtle details. Any weak points were elevated by the other creative and technical aspects at play.
