  i couldnt even wait a week to rewatch "Stalker"... After watching it again, I realized that this film is a masterpiece because anyone can interpret this film in their own way, depending on their life experience, outlook on world, etc. Although the first time I decided that this film was strongly connected with religion, comparing it with “The Seventh Seal”, after the second watch I was able to extract ideas that were close to me personally. That's why I have to give this film 5 stars and put it at least in my top 20.

  i really wanna give 5 stars because as a film it is nearly perfect. but just as it is with "the seventh seal" that i gave 4.5 stars i did it for one and only reason. This film's ideology is not close to me. "Stalker" is a very deep film about materialism and human hope, as I understand it.
