This is unquestionably the worst Batman movie in existence. And I am factoring in Batman & Robin.
First off, the movie is DARK. And no, I don't mean tonally dark (though it is definitely that), I mean the visual color pallet of the movie is so dark you must watch it in complete darkness to see anything that's going on.
