  I just watched this film for the second time and I can now say that this is definetly one of my favorite movies of all time. I had never watched a Wong Kar-wai movie before this and didn't quite get it the first time but when rewatching it and having an idea of what to expect going in, I truly realize the genius of this movie.

  I have yet to come across a director that can take such a seemingly mundane and simple thing, like a person walking, eating or just waiting around, and make it so beautifully intriguing and feel so important, the way Wong Kar-wai does. Every shot of this movie is honestly stunning and Wong Kar-wai, yet again, knows exactly what music will perfectly complement it.
