Dune: Part Two 2024
Miles better than the first one and genuinely one of the highest-quality productions I’ve ever witnessed.
The first one suffered from pacing issues slowing down the third act. Funnily enough, this one suffered (albeit slightly) from rushing though some areas of the middle and final act.
Still awesome tho.

Nope 2022
I really did want to love this movie, but among the spectacle, humour, thrills, and emotional beats emerges a story that can’t quite tell what it’s trying to be.
It’s not scary enough to be a thriller, not funny enough to be a comedy, not engaging enough to be a drama. Throughout the entire runtime I kept wondering if there was a crucial piece that I was missing.
