went in with extremely high expectations. loved it.
fantasy v. reality. excess. timely. cult of money/personality/social media. relatable, real. the comic beats were fucking hilarious & the henchmen were such a wonderful highlight.
the first act, in all its shallow glory, really built the glitz & glamorous world really well. the anticipation of the third act is well paced & delicious pay off. fucking sad ass ending but I sure did tear up.
