Wow! I enjoyed this way more than I thought I would. I thought that a nearly 3 hour film from the 1920s would bore me but the story was so engaging.
There was so much build-up before they got to the moon. Normally, this would drive me crazy, but the way they did it made sense and it allowed them to build suspense and get us invested in all the characters.

I think this is the worst child death that I have ever seen on film. This is worse than watching Gage get hit by a truck in Pet Sematary. I had to pause this movie after the baby dies.
