This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.
In my opinion, Lanthimus' last film is a postmodern remake of Fritz Lang's "Metropolis", and if we look at the relationship between "Metropolis" and "Poor Things", we will see the cinematic and historical values of Lanthimus' film, except for its annoying political correctness. In this way, Poor Things is an over-radical and a reset of expressionism in today's cinema.
