Wasn't gaga over it, but still had a fun time. Having a director who lived through facisim create an anti-facist film is a good outlet for my frustrations. Particularly one character's monologue that had me yell "hell yeah" in the theatre.

First half: 6 out of 5 stars. The world was so tangible and it was the fastest two hours I've ever spent in a theater. Completely invested in the character and this 1940s vision of America.
Second half: Disjointed. Still processing. I still liked it though.
    Epilogue: meh.

Bob Dylan sounds alot like Dewey Cox. Why don't you write about that, Mister Time Magazine?

In all seriousness, typical music biopic, made by the director who created the modern music biopic formula with Walk The Line. That said, it is a lot more focused than the prior. Focusing on Dylan's arrival in New York and then fast tracking it to when he goes electric. Rather than capturing most of his life

It feels fake as all hell in many…
