thissssssssssssss was so so so good!!! i always heard so many bad things about the sequel that i went and watched these movies without expecting much but i am loving it so far!!!! onto to the last one hihi
luke's death was PERFECT and i wouldnt do it any better, he saved everyone while being a true jedi and honoring everything the force teaches (after claiming earlier in the movie he lost hope on it all) and then became one with the force, so so beautiful <3
i've watched this so many times and this "24 hour love" is always so overwhelming. you can actually see the process of two people meeting for the first time, their first and last impressions of each other and their personalities in detail because this is the only focus of the movie, unlike the speedy dating-to-marriage that we see a lot. their dialogue feels very real since the actors themselves spiced up the script with their own thoughts and ideas. it's an uncommon and comfortable love story that'll make you wish the same happens to you.
she talks like a female version of a douchebag that thinks he's the best piece of meat you'll ever lay your eyes on idk i hate her acting, so corny
and in this moment i swear we are infinite!!!!!!!!! 🌟

in the middle of the movie i was like "ok yeah this is just gonna be a stupid comedy movie that will have a laughable ending" BUT BOY WAS I WRONG??? my heart sank for Ani.
her offering her body to Igor as gratitude because she thinks it's the only thing she has of value?? and because no man has ever appreciated her beyond that???? </3 :( and him being confused and instantly noticing how hurt and messed up she must be for that???? so sad. even more when i know that many women in the world go through this.
one of my favorite quotes comes from this movie "o sol foi feito pra todos, mas a praia é só pra quem tem"
- the sun was made for everyone, but the beach is only for those who can - i knew it even before watching this movie and always loved it, but now it's even more impactful!
through the eyes of Buscapé we see a raw narrative about the cruel life in the favelas where i found disturbing how…
