I’m not sure why I went in with little to no expectations for this movie. Since there wasn’t much buzz when it was released, I assumed it wasn’t great.
I was intrigued when I first saw the trailer, and I had wanted to watch it since then. Today, I finally did—and I was pleasantly surprised.

I appreciate that they tried something different here. Despite a few flaws, it’s an interesting film overall.
The cinematography stood out, and Anirudh’s background score was excellent. We often celebrate him for his hit songs, but his work in movie scores is highly underrated. He’s done a brilliant job here.
The stunts were well-executed, though a few sequences didn’t turn out as intended. Still, it was a commendable effort.

As a fan of the franchise got mixed feelings after watching this instalment. Not a boring one but this doesn’t have a soul that the first two films has (though the 3rd one is better than this that still lacks soul)
