Another movie where the woman is just DESTINED to sacrifice herself and specifically, her sexuality being on the line as the savior of the world. Idk, I don’t get this trope and it feels like it’s so overdone now, especially when the character didn’t develop anywhere…

The movie was beautifully made, and the last scene was moving - the fact that they used the actual Osage language in the film may be a bare minimum, but I’m happy a big scale production from Hollywood like this took care to do so.

I don’t know if I’ve ever sat in a theater and had such an overwhelming feeling of boredom before.. I just kept waiting, yawning and thinking damn, I hope it’s over soon.
