Knock at the Cabin 2023
A really frustrating movie that played it safe and had no substance at all. In a world where people fall down these dangerous conspiratorial rabbit holes, often ending-up with someone being harmed, this movie barely does anything meaningful with that. Like this movie just goes ooga booga with climate change, conspiratorial nutjobs, COVID, and homophobia, and then just hopes you get scared by it.
Also, how did Dave 'The Animal' Bautista's character find time for the gym, when he was a full-time teacher and a bartender?!?! I desperately need to know.
