i don’t know what was harder to watch: sebastian stan peeling his skin off or his weak thrust game. i know he was deep in character cuz there’s no way my man is lackluster in bed. besides that, phenomenal movie. interesting commentary on how the grass isn’t always greener and everything that makes us different (whether it be disfigurement or something subtler) is what makes us “us”. but told in the most twisted darkly humorous mildly fucked up storyline possible. sebastian gives his best performance to date (sorry, hot tub time machine).

i’m no astrophysicist but it seemed accurate to me. i was incredibly confused by the end though & still have a headache hours later. only inaccurate part of the movie was the depiction of a loving father that actually tried returning to his family after a little trip.
matthew mcconaughey is zaddy in this. also gave one of his best performances IMO and anne hathaway one of her most unremarkable (🤷♀️ ISWIS)
