one of the most stellar movies encapsulating deep gut-wrenching loss, pain and love. Good grief is a love letter to finding solace in pain, in falling in love with your chosen family and allowing yourself to breathe. This film forces you to sit in your sadness and face the uncomfortable gnawing feeling of wanting to stifle harboured emotion. It's been a very long time since a film moved me to the extent this film did. Not allowing yourself to feel sadness robs you of infinite love.
