  TRAUMA. Shot really well, acted really well, very sad ending. Not the movie I was expecting. Was very fascinated with the camera work, the one shots and how they pulled off certain effects

  This is just fine. Felt kinda interesting with how everything was being set up in the first half but as it continues from there it just fails to keep me interested and by the end I feel like I left with nothing. Definitely feels like something that should’ve been more intriguing with some of the things it does but it never made me care a whole lot. There’s more minor things to critique as well but I don’t really care enough to talk about them. Completely fine, competent movie but that’s the biggest compliment I can give

  Idk man I had fun with this. It’s not some amazing revolutionary action movie or anything, but it doesn’t need to be. I liked Chris and Ana together, Chris Evans especially was hilarious, I liked Adrien Brody, the cameos were great, and that whole bounty hunter bit was really funny.   Hell yeah! Fede Alvarez takes Alien back to its horror roots and crafts a new excellent horror experience for this franchise. Exactly what I’d been hoping for. I think this movie does a great job of taking inspiration from the original Alien while still being something new and also adding to the Alien lore. (Spoilers maybe?
