I always wonder why veterans pretend they had the best time serving the army even though they all come home deeply traumatised. They find brotherhood in other veterans they've never met, yet they never discuss the things they saw.
Every time I watch a war related film I get really sad thinking about all the young men that got send off to die. Anyways, im glad Rene didn't.
